Music Mentorship Program

The Bash Music Foundation Mentorship Program, currently in its pilot phase, is a dedicated mission to uplift Black and underrepresented artists via professional coaching, skill-honing, and networking. We offer the vital resources and support systems to help talent thrive in the industry and build lasting careers.

Program Goals & Strategic Impact

• Cultivate artistic agency and professional confidence through direct mentorship
• Bridge the gap between creative passion and sustainable career pathways
• Prioritize mental health and community resilience as foundational success metrics
• Strengthen the cultural ecosystem for Black youth artists in British Columbia

Monthly Q&A Sessions

Each month, we host exclusive sessions where established artists, musicians, and producers meet with emerging creators. These sessions offer a safe space to share professional experiences, answer industry questions, and prioritize mental wellness within the creative arts community.
